What Does Armageddon Mean? To delve into the scriptures The term "Armageddon" occurs in Rev 16:16 but the context is given in Rev 16:14. Rev 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Now the Strong's definition for Armageddon is just this: And the words that derive that term are given by:
Now, crucially Rev 16:15 gives us some extra meaning, for Jesus, ever coming as a theif has stolen some time! We should immediately redirect ourselves to the verses Rev 16:18-20 and shift as with the seven thunders to return to the opening of the seventh seal on the very last day. Then we may know that the narrative aligns "Armageddon" with the end of every heptad sequence, the seals, trumpets and thunders as well as the vials. Rev 16:18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
Now that the sea is arrayed in the "way of the kings of the east" and into the "sea of glass", the devices of wormwood used against (and properly in) the churches are no longer found (Rev 16:20). The "Hars" in Armageddon (H2022) is as a "range of hills" (mountains) aligned! There is a "great earthquake". In actuality, this alignment is the final rendez-vous (H4023) (meeting place of every octal aligned in isomorphism) for all saints and sinners alike to be separated to Christ's right or left, and to receive their reward at His judgement seat. That is all that is to be gleaned from the word "Armageddon" in context. Jesus, has not given us a date for His return but has made an appointment He will not fail to keep. The alignment corresponds to the Earth as God's footstool, for there are the verses: Mat 5:34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:
Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
(KJV) Now, the "mountains" of Rev 16:20 are the static triples exchanged for the static subgroup in each row of wormwood. They are also the triples (jacinth part) of wormwood shared with the reference to which they properly correspond in self-reference. As outcomes of "wormwood" they are false doctrines that have become great foundations for the faith. That the mountains were "no longer found" indicates not only that the "Great River Euphrates" has dried up as in the wrath (the cities of the nations fell) and that there is no plausible application of the seven cycle of the reference, for the false prophet's "fire coming down from heaven" fails, and no longer appears valid as "in the sight of men". Instead, every octal is aligned and there is but a set of native seven cycles for each row of wormwood that preserves ALL their subgroups in isomorphism to the reference. There is only the "sea of glass". The circuit of the angel does not appear to be equally made in the wormwood any longer. The winepress is trodden out by the least in fairness, the least's circuit has a solution over the seven churches, the plausible application of a circuit in wormwood does not. So, even these rows of wormwood are now aligned as in a "range of hills" or "mountains" as if in isometry. There, not so complicated then! |
